As we have pre-made and custom packaging, we offer two types of MOQ. For in-stock and pre-made packaging, the MOQ is just 100 pieces. This is convenient, MOQ gives you the flexibility and speed of testing and launching new products. 

As for custom packaging or non-stock items, the MOQ ranges between 5,000 and 10,000 pieces. This mainly depends on the accessories used for the packaging, such as droppers, or pumps. The exact number of pieces varies depending on the product’s type and the SKU. 

At ThreeBamboo, we use the SKU codes to differentiate each packaging type, size, and style. Since the SKU of each product requires different setup and production preparations, the MOQ differs. MOQ helps you ensure efficiency and consistency in your orders. Committing to higher MOQs offers a decreased overall cost per unit.

For standard and in-stock packaging, we require an upfront deposit of 30%. The remaining 70% is due before the shipping date. For custom packaging orders, the terms are divided 50%-50%. The first half is a deposit, while the final payment is required before shipping. 

This arrangement allows us to execute your orders to the desired quality and accuracy. 

You can find us in Ningbo, Zhejiang province, near Shanghai in China. You can take a fast train to reach us from Shanghai or take a 2-hour drive. 

At ThreeBamboo, on-time production and delivery are key principles. For standard and stock items, we take 3-5 working days to assemble the components and prepare them for shipping. Once the payment is finalized, the hive works nonstop to finish the order. As for custom orders, we usually take between 10 and 45 working days, depending on the order’s quantity and the SKUs.

We offer free samples for pre-made packaging. Simply contact our sales team with your requirements, and we will handle the rest. You only need to cover the shipping fees.

In case you are looking for custom-made samples, our team will guide you through this process too. However, custom-made packaging samples are subjected to fees, which is determined based on the piece’s design. In some cases, the cost can be up to 60$ per piece. Shipping fees will also apply. 

Every product undergoes strict quality inspection before leaving our facility. However, if you receive a damaged or misshapen piece, we will gladly offer a replacement. Just share with us proof that the damage occurred on our end, and we’ll include the replacement piece with your next order.   

We follow a rigorous five-phase quality control process to ensure every product meets our standards. The process goes in the following sequence:

1. Our quality control team selects pieces randomly before the start of the assembly stage.
2. The team performs a manual inspection to ensure they have the correct dimensions without inconsistencies or deformation.
3.  Once inspected, our assembly team launches the hand assembly stage. 
4. Only approved pieces make it to the next stage, while the disqualified pieces are either reworked or returned to the manufacturing line. 
5. Before packing each batch, our quality assurance team performs one last inspection to ensure everything is of perfect quality. 

Yes, we offer both types of production services:

• OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing): In this production form, you supply your design concept and main packaging components, such as plastic, metal, or glass. Then, we’ll handle the bamboo parts, customization, and final assembly. 
• ODM ( Original Design Manufacturer): In this form, we’ll take care of all the production processes on your behalf, from design and materials to production and assembly. You can also choose from our pre-made pieces and suggest minor tweaks.
