A2：No. The crystal chips and the bottle are packaged separately. Assembly is done by the buyer. This ensures the crystals are not damaged in transit and allows you to fill the bottle according to your own preference.
Q: Are the crystal chips and roller ball the same stone?
A3:Yes. Each variant comes with matching gemstone chips and a roller ball of the same stone, creating a consistent look throughout.
Q: How long does engraving take?
A4:Laser engraving takes approximately 3 days. A vector file is required. As bamboo is a natural material, slight color variation between pieces is normal and expected.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A5:We require 50% deposit to confirm the order, 50% balance before shipping.
