We produce the bamboo part and assemble the accessories.
As you know, as a manufacturer, we can not produce everything, the glass and plastic accessories, we outsource, and we custom the bamboo sleeve, then assemble together.
The color of our bamboo is entirely natural and varies from piece to piece. Our bamboo board raw material is processed by slicing raw bamboo into strips, which are then pressed and bonded together to form a solid bamboo board. Each strip comes from a different part of the plant, so the tone of each piece will differ slightly.
The boards also go through a carbonization process, which deepens the color — but because each strip absorbs heat differently, the final shade is never perfectly uniform. Even pieces that look similar on the surface will reveal different tones once engraved, as the interior of the bamboo has its own natural coloring.
This is an inherent characteristic of natural plant materials, and part of what makes each piece unique.

Glass and bamboo products are easy to be broken, during the long distance international shipping, the broken situation happened especially you only buy small quantity, we send by cartons, not by pallets.

If the leaking happened in the spray pump packaging, it may be because the gasket fall off during the transportation, we can send you the gasket, and you follow the video here to add the gasket to solve the leaking problem.
